Agree on the plan
Review a written scope with deliverables, exclusions, costs, and milestones before work begins.
Build in milestones
At each milestone, review a working version alongside a list of completed work, open questions, and the next steps.
Launch, then improve
Receive the source code and setup documentation at handoff. Hosting, support, and further changes are agreed separately.

Do I own the code?
Yes. The code we build for you is yours. We provide a documented handoff so you can keep working with us or bring in another team.
Can you work on an existing project?
Often, yes. We start by reviewing what you have, then recommend whether to extend it, fix specific issues, or rebuild. Our project rescue review is a good place to start.
What happens after launch?
We can continue with monitoring, maintenance, and new features. We agree on ongoing support separately, based on what your business needs.
